Nice Keyboard and Switches!

The Monsgeek M1 V5 is a very heavy and good looking keyboard. The screwless design is also very practical. And the damping ensures a really pleasant sound. The Rosewood Switches are perfect switches for this board. There are really creamy, thocky and deep sounding switches. These make them very unique. Unfortunately they have no LED Diffusor, so the light is very dimmed under the caps. This is imported to know if you want to use pudding key caps like me. But haptics and sound are 10/10! (The switches on the picture are not rosewoods)

Perfect

The keyboard sounds amazin out of the box, I paired it with the akko dracula switches. It feels very robust, but maybe a little too much, weighting basically 2Kg.
Impressive battery life, i've been using it nonstop for about a week and it is still at 70% (I do not use any lighting)

The setup was easy, there's a manual with the combined keys functions.
The VIA setup required me to upload a .json file (it's a very easy task).

The only downsides to this keyboard is the on-off switch. It is below the caps key, forcing you to remove it if you want to switch from wireless mode to cable (no battery usage) mode.

Awesome!!

As one of the previous commentor, being a bit picky on where the on and off switch is located.

For my first custom keyboard I am very happy with the purchase. Thocky sound out of the box, no requirement to modify it any further IMO. I used Vertex V1 Switches (Hand-lubed), and Keytok's Mecha Godzilla Keycaps. But bummed there was no ISO layout keycaps on that but made work around with the extra switches provided.

Good keyboard

Overall it's a great keyboard in terms of modding, customization and user experience.
The only issue I have with it is that the USB dongle has no way of being attached to the keyboard itself, so there is a risk it can get lost. Also, the switch to change modes is quite small and thus not very comfortable to use (an understandable price for having it hidden under a key).
These are minor inconveniences, other than that this is really a perfect keyoard

Great Keyboard

absolutely love it.
this is my second Mechanical kbd and my 1st diy one and it is amazing.
I thought my 1st one was good (it is) but this blows it away, the weight and sound are so nice and the options for upgrading in the future are huge. I'm very pleased.
info - I'm using Dracula switches and an OSA profile keys.
