By placing an order with Akko via the Akko DE Official Website, you accept these General Terms and Conditions.

Refund: 30-day return policy - your satisfaction is guaranteed!
1.1 Our policy is valid for 30 days.Depending on the specific circumstances, your return request will be accepted if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
1.2 In some cases we apply a "Non-return refund policy". In other words, the buyer does not need to return the product to the AKKO warehouse.
1.3 Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
1.4 If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Complete Packaging Rule
Please return the product with the original packaging, including the manuals, the original keycaps and the keycap puller that came with the Device delivered to receive a full refund. For returns with incomplete/miscellaneous packaging, the seller may charge a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the completeness of the packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee for normal signs of wear on the keyboard.
Returns
We comply with the return policies of popular eCommerce websites such as eBay and Amazon.
Akko.de will cover the return shipping costs if the item is damaged, faulty or does not correspond to the item description.
If customers decide to purchase a product through no fault of Akko.de (for reasons such as "unwanted items", "I no longer need it"), you are responsible for the return shipping.
If the item is for reasons that Akko.de is responsible for, we will refund the cost of shipping up to $20 per package.
1. Refusal of delivery. Refusing delivery of an international package may result in the package being discarded by the carrier if the shipment is sent using 4PX. Please note that Akko.de will only make the refund once we have received the package and that any costs incurred in returning the refused package will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Wrong address. Providing an incorrect address may result in the shipment being undeliverable and ultimately discarded by the carrier if it is a 4PX shipment. Please note that Akko.de will only refund you once we have received the package and the cost of returning the rejected package will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery
We will ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified in your order.
You will receive an email notification once the tracking ID has been entered. You can also check the current shipping status by logging into your order details account or visiting our order tracking page.
For EU customers, most orders to UK, DE, IT and FR are usually dispatched to the destination country within 6 to 9 working days and then to the local post office (such as Royal Mail for UK) for final delivery ) hand over. If you order multiple items at the same time, we can use DHL Express.
For US customers, all orders placed on Akko de website with standard shipping will be shipped via DHL E-Commerce and USPS. All orders are typically delivered within 6 to 14 days unless otherwise stated. If you order multiple items at the same time, we can use FedEx Express.
All parcels to the EU should be delivered within 7 to 15 working days.
For Australian customers, all orders placed on the Akko.en website, sent via Australia Post and should be delivered within 10 days.

Akko.de is unable to fulfill individual requests from users for a specific carrier for a specific order. If you provide a PO Box address for your order, we may need to cancel your order.
Note: Import sales tax is not included and may be charged by customs.
Order cancellation

You will receive once your cancellation request has been processed a confirmation.
After 24 hours, you can still send the request and Akko will make every effort to retrieve the package from the carrier, but there is no guarantee that the request will be processed.
