Note: Akko's guarantee.de is in addition to any rights and remedies granted to you by Seller or available to you under applicable law. Therefore everyone stays from Akko.de or remedies available under applicable law (e.g. b. repair, claim for damages, right to terminate the contract) is unaffected, e.g. b. the right to claim a lack of conformity within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Akko.de accepts questions regarding technical support for products sold from all of its authorized dealers.

Akko.de provides direct material return authorization (RMA) customer service for products sold through its direct sales channels (as listed below).

1. If the warranty period expires, the customer must pay for the repair. Akko.de also provides guides if users prefer to repair the keyboard themselves. However, the user bears full responsibility for any damage caused by self-repair.
2. Disassembling the keyboard without instructions from the manufacturer/seller will immediately void the warranty.
3. Return and warranty policies may vary for different platforms and are subject to each merchant's policy at the time of purchase.

Precautions: Damage caused by man is not limited to immersion, falling, pulling the wires with excessive force, etc. limited.

Damage caused by spills is NEVER covered under warranty.

For our acrylic, PC and aluminum DIY kits, Akko offers.Due to the high level of customization in these models, we only offer replacement of parts.
Akko.However, de is not responsible for parts that have been significantly changed/damaged due to modifications.

For regions outside the EU, we will send you the parts for repair.

How can you claim the guarantee?

Include a short video or photo to show the issues.
Step 2
While the customer service representative is processing the complaint, you will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form.
Please follow the above instructions before shipping the products.
