The MonsGeek M Series is an affordable DIY aluminum keyboard kit.
We want to make sure our customers understand what they can expect when they receive the MonsGeek M-Series kit. Since this is a budget keyboard, certain compromises have been made in build quality to achieve a balance between performance and cost. For this reason, we would like to offer a QC disclaimer for the MonsGeek M series.
Acceptable finishes for the MonsGeek M-Series kit
1. Small scratches, dents or scuffs on the surface of the aluminum frame or panel.
2. Slight color variations.
3. Internal cosmetic defects that are not visible during assembly and do not affect the functionality of the kit.
Finishes that are not acceptable and will be considered as defective.
1. Large, deep scratches or dents that compromise the structural integrity of the kit.
2. Significant anodizing defects that affect the functionality or durability of the kit.
3. Distinct color variations.
We strive to provide high quality products and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you receive a MonsGeek M-Series kit with defects that fall outside of the finishes we accept, please contact us immediately at support.de@akkogear.com.
