Shipping time
The delivery time for an order is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time is typically up to 48 hours. Shipping times vary depending on the different shipping methods for each product category.

Most Akkogear.eu products are shipped from China. Akkogear.eu orders can be shipped to most EU countries (except islands and overseas territories).
Orders are processed in most countries within approximately 10-20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Due to high order volume, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few days for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, you will be notified by email.

Products are preferably shipped from overseas warehouses. This modification is the result of user input and feedback. The M1 V5 series features a new rotary encoder and a floating design to avoid scratches on the case, as was the case with the previous model.
