Why can't I use the discount codes/promotions?

  1. Please check whether the item you purchased is included in the promotion list/is used for the corresponding product.
  2. The special offers and discounts cannot be valid at the same time.
  3. Only one promotion will be active. Automatic discount. Please add the items to the shopping cart.
  4. Sitewide discount cannot be applied to the discounted products (Outlet Deals products).
