Shipping time
The delivery time for an order is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time is typically up to 48 hours. Shipping times vary depending on the different shipping methods for each product category.

For the Default(CN) warehouse:
All products not marked with a warehouse option will be shipped from the default (CN) warehouse.

Most Akkogear.eu products are shipped from China. Akkogear.eu orders can be shipped to most EU countries (except islands and overseas territories).
Orders are processed in most countries within approximately 10-20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Due to high order volume, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few days for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, you will be notified by email.
For the overseas warehouse:
Products are preferably shipped from overseas warehouses. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped from our overseas warehouses (if our overseas warehouses are out of stock, we will ship from other warehouses, and the shipping time will be extended). I love them! They came in perfect condition and shipped very fast to Serbia! Everything is how I imagine it: the little balls, ears, soft clicks, fast connection. Really recommend them!
The product itself is great. However, despite paying for delivery, when the package arrived the box had no seal and appeared to be opened. I also believe a cable is supposed to be included with the product, but it was missing.
Akko Cat Theme Mouse
I've bought the mouse as a gift for one of our female colleagues and she is very happy with it!
The mouse feels great, nice quiet clicks, feels high quality. But unfortunately, even though I never had issues with bluetooth devices and the Akko keyboard works perfectly fine, the mouse constantly disconnects and stops working.
I have tried all the usual troubleshooting, the batteries are perfectly full and still, it just constantly has trouble.
I am very sad to say that I cannot recommend this one.

I love the look and feel of the mouse. My hand rests comfortably on the mouse and i love the sound of it. Nice silent click. The paws are very cute, i think the back-paws looks like a ballsack, which is funny.
