Defective or damaged items

• If you receive a defective or damaged keycap, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• In order to process your request, please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• In confirmed cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Full Box Purchases

• A complete box guarantees all 9 different keycaps without duplicates.
• If your complete box is missing a style or contains duplicates, please contact us immediately with proof, and we will offer a solution.

General information

• Color differences due to lighting or display settings are not considered defects.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable after the order has been processed.

Shipping time

The delivery time for an order is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time is typically up to 48 hours. Shipping times vary depending on the different shipping methods for each product category.

All products not marked with a warehouse option will be shipped from the default (CN) warehouse.

Most Akkogear.eu products are shipped from China. Akkogear.eu orders can be shipped to most EU countries (except islands and overseas territories).

Orders are processed in most countries within approximately 10-20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Due to high order volume, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few days for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, you will be notified by email.

For the overseas warehouse:

Products are preferably shipped from overseas warehouses. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped from our overseas warehouses (if our overseas warehouses are out of stock, we will ship from other warehouses, and the shipping time will be extended).
