Acco.de provides a direct Return Material Authorization (RMA) service for products sold through its direct sales channels (as listed below).
1. When the warranty period expires, the customer has to pay for the repair. acco.en also provides instructions if users prefer to repair the keyboard by themselves. However, the user bears full responsibility for the damage caused by self-repairing.
2. Disassembling the keyboard without the manufacturer/seller's instructions will immediately void the warranty.
3. The return and warranty policies may vary for different platforms and are subject to each retailer's policies at the time of purchase.
Precautions: Man-made damage is not due to immersion, falling, pulling the wires with excessive force, etc. limited.
Damage from spills is NEVER covered under warranty.
