Shipping time
The delivery time for an order is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Most Akkogear.eu products are shipped from China. Akkogear.eu orders can be shipped to most EU countries (except islands and overseas territories).
Orders are processed in most countries within approximately 10-20 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Due to high order volume, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few days for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, you will be notified by email.

Products are preferably shipped from overseas warehouses. Ich hatte Probleme mit der Bestellung meiner Tastatur. Deshalb habe ich den Service kontaktiert, dieser war sehr freundlich und zu 100% hilfsbereit und hat mit kurzerhand ein Ersatzteil mit Reparaturanleitung zukommen lassen. Einfach nur perfekt! Gerne wieder!
Die Tastatur ist gut durchdacht, sehr praktisch und schön, mein Sohn freut sich sehr, würde ich weiter empfehlen.
Das Produkt gefällt mir sehr…..! Aber man könnte bei der Lieferung ändern damit die Bestellung schneller ankommt…!

the keyboard is cool, but after 3 months the switches on F and a couple more keys broke and now the USB MAC/WIN connection switch switches without a click as if it is broken and on Y the green light does not stop blinking probably because of the charger but I have not used it for a month, I want to return it because of the defect, basically the keyboard deserves their 4 solid stars after 4 and a half months
What madness is this? is the first mechanical keyboard that I have and is a madness of stratospheric levels. although it does not have the ñ is a good keyboard, the swithes are fantastic do not make much noise and are great. The finishes are magnificent, and I have my coworkers wanting to have one for their homes ... In short highly recommended to take it out of the box and get to work, play, etc ... just change the keys you need and that's it. A real aceirto. I hope to buy more things from akko in the near future. A mouse with good dpis and PixArt PAW 3395 sensor? wouldn't be bad...I'll leave it there Akko.
