Great keyboard, but arrived faulty

Had the same shit keyboard for years so finally decided to get a new one, the keyboard arrived pretty fast actually. I had used the keyboard for barely 2 hours when my Left CTRL key started responding less and less until it didn’t respond at all. I immediately checked if it was just the keycap that was the issue, but quickly realized it was the actual keyboard. Emailed the company and they got back to me quickly, after ALOT of back and fourth of me saying countless times I don’t have the skills to fix the keyboard myself and that I don’t know what’s wrong, theyre finally gonna send me new parts which i’m really relived off. I’m guessing this was just a one time mistake, but I’ve seen a few more suspicious reviews of other people having that same key arrive unresponsive. Take this review as it is, the keyboard is great regardless I just wish it didn’t arrive somewhat damaged.
