We strive to provide you with the highest level of service!

The period for delivery of an order is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

The processing time is usually up to 48 hours. Shipping times vary depending on the different shipping methods for each product category.

The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose.

In most countries, orders are processed within 10-20 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email.

For Spain we cannot deliver to the provinces of Balears, Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. We cannot deliver to an island address in Europe.


For Indonesia, we need your Indonesia Tax ID (NPWP), ID Number (NIK-Nomor Induk Kependudukan) or Indonesian Driver's License as required by customs. Please make sure the document holder's name matches the recipient's name in the shipping information.

For Switzerland, due to the local customs situation, we will ask you to confirm by email that you agree to pay VAT to the local customs before we ship your package. Since we can no longer get the package back after shipping, we cannot pay you any compensation for your order to Switzerland due to the VAT issue.

For Japan, please provide the information required for ordering, such as name and address, in English.

For Korea, we need your personal customs code or date of birth as required by Korean customs clearance. Specify this in your order note.

Note: Fill in your city and zip code on our checkout page, we can only ship if your address is accepted by the system, filling in wherever a location as shipping origin is fine if needed.

VAT or import sales tax included?

Due to the customs policies of different countries, VAT will be collected at the time of checkout, as required by the EU Commission the obligations of electronic commerce to fulfill. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your country. But we will do our best to declare a comparatively reasonable value for the product.

Akko.de provides the freight forwarder with the IOSS to speed up customs clearance and report VAT to the European Commission every month. In this way, we provide the information required for customs clearance in advance, so there should be no delays in customs clearance.

According to our experience so far, no import tax has been charged in the following countries/regions: USA, Singapore, South Korea and other EU countries (except remote areas) such as Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia , Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

US customers need not worry as the US only charges import tax on items over $800, which goes far beyond the value of mechanical keyboards and parts.

In most other regions, the likelihood of import duties being charged by customs is extremely low if you choose the standard shipping option.

Shipping confirmation & order tracking

Please ensure that all shipping information you provide to us is correct. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damage

Akkogear.de is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Additional information about shipping

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order is delivered successfully. There are several situations in which a package is returned to the shipping company's warehouse in the country of origin:

We will contact the customer as soon as we receive notification from the shipping company that your package has been held up at customs for clearance reasons. If the customer does not provide the information requested by customs (such as payment of tax) within 48 hours. The package will be returned to the shipping company's warehouse of origin. If the customer wants to resend the package, you may need to pay an additional fee (according to our carrier's invoice). If you decide not to collect the package, you may bear the return shipping costs (according to our carrier's invoice). We will refund you the sales price after deducting the return shipping costs (excluding the additional shipping costs you paid when ordering).

We will contact the customer as soon as we are informed by our shipping company of an incorrect delivery address or telephone number. However, if the customer does not respond to our request in a timely manner, this will result in the package not being delivered. The customer may be responsible for the additional costs of redelivery.

If the customer receives the product and it is not a quality problem and the customer wants to return the product, he must request it within 7 days of the arrival of the product/package and bear the return shipping costs. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the product via the original payment method.

The delivery data on the websites of the courier services (e.g. YANWEN) will be deleted if they are shown as "delivered" for more than 1 month. The courier company will not pay us any compensation for these orders and we therefore cannot issue a refund if the customer does not notify us by email to receive the package after one month of it being shown as "delivered" on the courier company's website. to investigate.

To avoid goods being returned to us, customers must provide their full name on the information form. If the name on the form is incomplete, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
