1. Are the keyboards sold or key caps set delivered with a key puller?

All keyboards sold on our website are delivered with a key cap. However, we cannot guarantee which type of key cap puller you get because it can vary from batch to batch. The neon key cap set has a key puller.

Depending on the batch, the R2 complete key cap set may not have one.

Note: Only the AKKO R2 Fantasy Kappenkappen Set is delivered with the intended catpot key puller.

2. How can I determine whether the keyboard is Bluetooth, wired or wireless?

You can check this on our website in the product listing. It is displayed on the corresponding product detail page under the "Specifications" tab. The Akko 3084-One Piece Chopper is, for example, a wired keyboard. It uses a USB-C interface.

4. Which LED lamps should I choose if I want to equip my mechanical battery keyboards with LEDs?

For some of our models, the LEDs are not installed. For these keyboards, it is possible to install LEDs to use the backlight.

We recommend the use of the following two types of LED lamps (diodes):

  1. 3 mm round LED lamps
  2. 2 x 3 x 4 mm quadratic head-LED diodes.

Acceptable specifications:

Tension: 1.8-3.6 V;

Electricity: less than 500 mA.

Note that you can only choose single-colored LED diodes. If you choose RGB LED diodes, it will only radiate red colors.

What kind of packaging material do you use?

    We strive to use environmentally friendly packaging solutions whenever possible. We use air -filled pillow bags that fit efficiently into the shipping box and reduce the amount of packaging material required for every order. We also use 100 % biodegradable strength pellets than packaging material. These static -free pellets look like the old -fashioned packaging nuts made of plastic, but are so obtained that they quickly decompose at the landfill and are free of petroleum, CFC and HFCKW.
